Account Cum Admin Executive (Taman Buaya Tuaran SB) – Kota Kinabalu
Job Location:
- Alamesra area, Kota Kinabalu
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of account and administrative
- Responsible for administrative and clerical duties
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting functions
- Perform data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording function
- Prepare payment voucher,receipts,invoice and any related to the accounts
- Maintain effective communication with banks,auditors,tax agents and government authorities to ensure compliance and address any financial inquiry
- Other administrative task like attendance processing and wage calculation,EA form etc
- Monthly submission to KWSP, Perkeso, HRDF and LHDN
- Handle daily account transaction
- Performing profit & loss and balance sheet analysis
- To assist in any ad-hoc task as required
Skills Needed:
- Good computer skills(MS office,MS excel and UBS accounting software)
- Good administrative and cleric knowledge
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Minimum 3 years working experience in same capacity.
- Good working attitude,able to work independently,hardworking,self-motivated and strong team work personality
- Required Language(s):English,Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia
Education And Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma /advanced / higher /graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree in accounting
Benefits:
- Salary negotiable based on your qualifications and working experienced (RM3,000- RM3,300)

Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
- Saturday (08:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
