Education and Experience :

• SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA (Preferred)
• At least 1 years of working experience in administrative field

Language :

• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)

Job Description

• Assist in preparing account, data entry, invoices entry.
• Assist in administrative programs or activities.
• Carry out any other duties/responsibilities or ad hoc issues assigned by Superior.
• Issuing Delivery Order,
• Issuing Invoice,
• Filling, Scanning, Printing,
• know to use AutoCount system,
• Prepare Creditor’s & Debtor’s Summary and etc.

Salary Range & Benefits :

• Salary Range: RM1500 – RM2000
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS
• Medical & Annual Leave

Working Hours & Days :

• From 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
• Working Days : Monday to Friday
• Saturday (Halfday)
