Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to fill the position of Office Assistant cum Driver. This role will require a versatile candidate who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while also fulfilling driving responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- OfficeAdministration:
- Greet and assist visitors,clients,and employees
- Manage and distributei ncoming and out going mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Perform general clerical duties,such as photocopying, filing and faxing
- Driving:
- Safely transport employees and company guests to designated locations
- Pickup and deliver items as required, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as an office admin assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
