Job Description
Our company’s sales administrators are the foundation of the sales team. providing valuable support to our salespeople. We are looking for the Sates Admin to join our team and are able to deliver high-quality service while still attaining personal and team sales goals.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Attending to customers’ enquiries by phone or email.
- Assist in generating quotation and comply with the sales order processing procedure to ensure that the whole process run smoothly from start to end.
- Sourcing for Supplier and Issuance of Purchase orders.
- To prepare invoice and DO upon receipt of confirmed sales order.
- To liaise with Logistics Department for delivery to customers.
- Proper filling of documents to ensure that retrieval of document and information easily. Requirements:
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to withstand working pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Training will be provided. Proven experience in related field will be considered a plus.
- High salary will be offered to experience candidate.
