Positon: HR Administrator

Job Descriptions:

  • Able to handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Process HR’s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment & etc)
  • Handle payroll preparation which includes
  • Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.
  • Maintain employees’ database.
  • Handle general administration
  • Any Ad—hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Certificate or Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferable with 1-3 years of working experience in the related field,
  • Possess strong people skills and able to communicate and work with all levels of people.
  • Organized, disciplined, self—motivated and able to work under minimum supervision,
  • Able to manage stress and multi—tasking.
  • High confidentiality and ability to manage confidential employees’ information,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & etc.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
