HR Administrator (Global Blu Sdn Bhd) – Kota Kinabalu
Positon: HR Administrator
Job Descriptions:
- Able to handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Process HR’s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment & etc)
- Handle payroll preparation which includes
- Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.
- Maintain employees’ database.
- Handle general administration
- Any Ad—hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Certificate or Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.
- Preferable with 1-3 years of working experience in the related field,
- Possess strong people skills and able to communicate and work with all levels of people.
- Organized, disciplined, self—motivated and able to work under minimum supervision,
- Able to manage stress and multi—tasking.
- High confidentiality and ability to manage confidential employees’ information,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & etc.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
