Job Requirements:

The desirable qualifications for the position of Project Coordinator are:

  • A relevant degree/diploma in computer science, computing, or engineering
  • Fresh graduate / 1 year and above on IT working experienced
  • Desired prior experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Knowledge of software, hardware, programming language, and operations systems
  • Project Management, Service Management, and Inventory Management skills
  • Having a technical and logical thought process
  • Ability to stick to strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of 2D CAD and MS Project Software and in Advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding listening and questioning skills

Job Responsibilities:

The expected duties to be performed by a Project Coordinator include:

  • Manage the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered in accordance with the client’s requirements and the respective design documents.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Continuously learning new technologies
  • Preparing and updating self-help guides

  • Working Hours: From 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM (Working hours can be flexible based on the project’s progress)
