Working Days & Hours: From 0900am to 0500pm (Monday to Friday only) & Weekend Half-Day
Job Scopes:
- Acting as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
- Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
- Confirm rental application data and personal references
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Professional
- Certificate in Marketing/Business Studies /Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communications skills.
- Resourceful and has the ability to work well with landlord and tenants.
Benefits & Remunerations:
- Salary Range: RM2500 – RM3500 + Commission
