- Able to communicate with BC,BI,BM
- A background in real estate is advantageous.
- Good multitasking and team working skill is required.
- Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Have a valid driving license and own transport.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good in building rapport with customers.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales target.
- Team player
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Convincing customers to purchase products and services.
- Answering customers’ concerns and queries.
- Documenting sales and processing orders.
- Gathering feedback from customers.
- Conducting market research to identify customers’ needs and selling strategies.
- Representing an organization at trade fairs and other business events
- Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.
Salary & Benefit :
- RM 5000 – RM5500
- Allowance (Petrol, Phone)
- Attractive Commission
- Willing to work on weekend
- Can start immediately
