Salary: RM 2,000- RM 2,500

Location: Tanjung aru

Woking hours:

  • 9:30am-6:30pm
  • Thurs-Mon, Tue half day,Wed off full day


  • Handle inbound/outbound inquiries from various channels (WHATSAPP,OTA app, and Phone calls)
  • Handle guests check in/out and cleaner’s tasks
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, can include part-time and internships
  • Language: Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • -Able to work 5.5 days a week
