Operation Executive (Quality Confinement Home Centre Sdn Bhd) – Kota Kinabalu
Location: Likas, Kota Kinabalu
Job Qualification:
- Degree /Diploma in any field or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience relating to services or hospitality.
- Required language: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Aggressive, team player, and can work independently.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Job Scopes:
- Responsible for overall operations including revenue and cost management, people management, and customer service management.
- Conducting on-site visits to the centre.
- Review, filter and advise the centre’s principals with their FaceBook page posting content.
- Participating in company projects or events (exhibition, concert, graduation, etc) assigned by HOD
- Understand customers’ needs and built strong relations with key accounts.
- To provide the highest level of hospitality and quality services.
- Passion for continuous learning and self-development
- Lead a team of staff. Work as a team and manage the team.
- Responsible for sales and profitability of the outlet.
- Any other task assigned by HOD.
