Sales Assistant (The Art Attic) – Kota Kinabalu
The Position
Work at the shop providing assistance to customers. The duties include greeting customer who enters shop, answer queries on social medias, manage cashier and share information on the artist behind the crafts.
Work Location & Hours
- Working Hours : From 10 am to 7pm
- Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday
- 8 Hours and 1 hour break
- The Art Attic 7, Lorong Dewan, Pusat Bandar Kota Kinabalu, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Responsibilities
- To serve customer and ascertain their needs and wants
- To maintain a fully stocked store
- To keep up to date with product information
- To handle merchandise inventory quantities, update records in the system, deal with artists for supplies and manage related documents filling
- To liaise with artist on workshop planning and ensure workshop events run smoothly
- To handle counter cashiering and basic accounting
Requirement
- Love and passionate in arts
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided
- Good command in English
- Enthusiasm for service and willingness to serve
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
