REQUIREMENT:

• Min Diploma/Degree in related field
• Min 4 years experience in a financial managerial position.
• Good command of written & verbal in English & Bahasa, and Chinese is advantage
• Posses own valid driving license

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Progress report to Board of Directors (BOD)
• Audited Accounts for subsidiaries & Group
• Oversee & manage the day to day of Companies’ finance & account
• Manage & prepare a full set of accounts including monthly records
• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a basis.
• Prepare & monitor cash flows & banking facilities.
• Able to coach, lead, & supervise subordinates.
• Prepare a forecast & annual budgets.
• Responsible to produce & submitting accurate analyst reports.
• Handle daily accounting functions & monthly closing activities.
• Prepare month-end reconciliation & analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses & expenditures.
• Responsible for liaising with tax agents, auditors, bank officers & other auditors bodies.
• Establish & maintain financial policies & procedures for the company.
• Adhere to financial regulation & legislation
• Perform other related duties /ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
