Job Scope of Human Resource cum Admin Assistant

  • Provide support and services to employees on HR related matters.
  • Dealing with mail post (Monday, Wednesday & Friday).
  • Updating monthly stationary stock.
  • Updating t-shirt inventory.
  • Updating & renewing the company’s trading license, vehicles permit & insurances.
  • Updating & maintaining employee records.
  • Dealing with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, & regulations.
  • Managing employee welfare; (staff leave, medical leave & yearly medical expenses).
  • Preparing employees monthly salary breakdown & allowances.
  • Preparing KWSP, PERKESO & levy (HRDF) before 15th of every month.
  • Managing SQL Payroll, KWSP account, Etris (HRDF) system & TOURLIST (Motac) system.
  • Managing internship student intake & schedule.
  • Preparing HR related memo/notice from time to time.
  • Preparing offer letter, contract of employment and handling on boarding process for new hire.
  • Providing general administrative support such as correspondence and forms.
  • Answering the telephone and pass it to the appropriate member
  • Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
  • Any other work assigned by management from time to time.
