Job Details:

• Between RM1,500 – 2,000 per month (depending on experience and discretion during the interview)
• Full-time (6 days/week)
• 18 – 30 years old
• Commission, Incentive, EPF & Socso
• Fully Vaccine

Requirement:

• Receive, process, organize shipments & deliveries accordingly
• Assist & coordinate for store items marketing campaigns
• Ensure the store in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean & prices are present in good condition & as per guidelines
• Assist customers in locating desired shop items
• Inform customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases
• Perform regular price audits to identify & correct price discrepancies
• Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, which include wiping down windows, mirrors & fixtures as well as sweeping & mopping the shop floor
• Resolve customers’ complaints in a professional manner
• Any other tasks that being assigned by superior or Management from time to time
• Good command in English, Malay, Mandarin, both speaking & writing
• Involved in broadcast/livestream, including scheduling & planning, not afraid face to camera, live interaction, good communication ability will be more advantageous
