Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks such as record, filing and office related documentation
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Efficient in Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint etc
- Good organization skill
- Responsible & Responsive
- Possess own transport
- SPM/Diploma/Degree Holder.
- 2-3 years of working experience would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn.
- Accounting background will be an advantage
- Preferably Female
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay.
