Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks such as record, filing and office related documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint etc
  • Good organization skill
  • Responsible & Responsive
  • Possess own transport
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree Holder.
  • 2-3 years of working experience would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Accounting background will be an advantage
  • Preferably Female
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay.
