Job Responsibilities:

  • To keep track of and maintain inventory in both physical stores and the company database.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency to maintain a healthy inventory level.
  • Purchase return, warranty claiming for defective stock.
  • Responsible for price tag checking.
  • Responsible for the process to distribute stock to stores.
  • Able to understand and analyze the market needs based on demographics in the respective area.
  • Stocktake and inventory management.
  • To assist Finance & Administration in the administration works.
  • Handle daily accounting transactions including data entry, purchasing, invoicing and payments.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc by your superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level and a bachelor’s degree, preferably accounting.
  • At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Words and Excel
  • Good interpersonal and positive working attitude.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Malay & English to liaise with associates
