Job Responsibilities:
- To keep track of and maintain inventory in both physical stores and the company database.
- Monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency to maintain a healthy inventory level.
- Purchase return, warranty claiming for defective stock.
- Responsible for price tag checking.
- Responsible for the process to distribute stock to stores.
- Able to understand and analyze the market needs based on demographics in the respective area.
- Stocktake and inventory management.
- To assist Finance & Administration in the administration works.
- Handle daily accounting transactions including data entry, purchasing, invoicing and payments.
- To perform any other ad-hoc by your superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level and a bachelor’s degree, preferably accounting.
- At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the related field.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Words and Excel
- Good interpersonal and positive working attitude.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Malay & English to liaise with associates
