Overall Objective: 

The Sales and Marketing Administrator role is pivotal to the overall success of the team, requiring a large degree of organisational skills, time management and the ability to engage with colleagues. We are looking for an admin-savvy individual to assist with all things sales and marketing.

The Role:

• Undertaking general administrative tasks and general support as needed
• Support the Sales and Marketing team with their proposals, reports etc
• Liaising with the Marketing team on key account marketing activity
• Support the Marketing team with digital marketing activities – Instagram, Facebook etc
• Making updates to the website when required

Requirements:

• Proficient IT skills – Excel, Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 2 year’s Office Administration experience
• Marketing experience (or qualification)
• Able to communicate efficiently in English and Mandarin
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Have a ‘Can do’ attitude
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Experience in Canva would be an advantage
