Admin cum Accounting Executive (Kristy Lau Agency) – Kota Kinabalu
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: (Monday-Friday) 8.30am-5.00pm ; (Saturday) 8.30am-12.30pm
- Work Days: 6 Days a week from Monday to Saturday (Half-day)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare basic accountings and monitoring few accounts.
- Ensure proper filling and compile of all relevant documents in each file (bills, invoice, statements) for tax purposes.
- Prepare payments for monthly salary, SOSCO, KWSP, loan repayments, credit cards, payment of bills and so on.
- Handling annual taxation of agency.
- Handling jobs about General Insurance.
- Attend trainings and meetings to learn more about knowledge of Insurance.
- Handling administration tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
- Full Time job with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Job Role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive.
- Handles accounting & administration tasks.
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
