Job Requirements:

• Must possess recognize degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical / Environment / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
• Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in water treatment plant operations or similar industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Microsoft Office application literacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must.
• Possess good personal and communication skills with leadership qualities
• Familiarity with the ISO 9001 Standard is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Scopes:

• Supervise the Operators to ensure the proper operations and maintenance of the water treatment plant for the production of an adequate quantity of potable water meeting the contracted quality treated water standards while maintaining maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Plan, organize and supervise the operation of all plant facilities in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and in the most efficient manner to produce an adequate quantity of treated water meeting or exceeding the contracted quality standards.
• Plan and manage plant (shift and non-shift) employee’s schedules and work assignments, maintain appropriate staff level, control overtime and approve all plants sheets.
• Maintain effective communications with management.
• Implement an effective training program for all plant employees including daily routine work schedules.
