Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Manage company’s data base of clients.
  • Respond to clients request and arrange their orders accordingly.
  • Assist In House Sommelier to manage the company’s cellar.
  • Assist in creating in house promotion under the sommelier’s request.
  • Help with planning meetings including tastings and events.
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Various ad hoc reports and requests.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma level and preferable has some sort of experience from the Hospitality Industry.
  • Confident in spoken and written English.  Be able to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills with some flare.
  • Take deadline seriously and work under pressure to achieve it.
  • Proficient in Computer Technology includes Microsoft office applications.  Knowledge in design software – Canva is an advantage.
  • Understand and have an interest in lifestyle products.
  • Uses common sense, motivated, resourceful,has initiative and with a pleasant personality.
