Customer Service (Mega Express Sdn Bhd) – Kota Kinabalu
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Manage company’s data base of clients.
- Respond to clients request and arrange their orders accordingly.
- Assist In House Sommelier to manage the company’s cellar.
- Assist in creating in house promotion under the sommelier’s request.
- Help with planning meetings including tastings and events.
- Run errands as requested.
- Various ad hoc reports and requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma level and preferable has some sort of experience from the Hospitality Industry.
- Confident in spoken and written English. Be able to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good communication skills with some flare.
- Take deadline seriously and work under pressure to achieve it.
- Proficient in Computer Technology includes Microsoft office applications. Knowledge in design software – Canva is an advantage.
- Understand and have an interest in lifestyle products.
- Uses common sense, motivated, resourceful,has initiative and with a pleasant personality.
