Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday, Sun & PH Closed
Job Scopes:
- Working with the purchasing in charge to run the purchasing department
- Working with branch staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
- Good Negotiating skills, strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of purchasing & contracting policies, laws and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel or other inventory system
- Good Interpersonal Skills. Effective communication skills: both verbal and written.
- Detail Oriented & strong organizational skills.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy
- 1 year of working experience in the field of Pharmacy
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia and other language will be added advantage
- A team player with a high degree of commitment
- Ability to use computers to enter information
