Job Location:
- Bundusan Square, Penampang, Sabah
Job Description:
- Forcast project schedules, resources, equipment estimation.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as project evolve.
- Preparation of Preliminary Estimates and cost plans.
- Preparation of bills of quantities and other tender documents necessary.
- Preparation of Tenders Reports and Contract Documents.
- Valuation of works in progress.
- Preparation of project final account.
- Additional task given by management.
Job Requirement:
- Language Required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Own Transport: Required
- Experience Level: 1-5 years
- Minimum education required: Diploma or Degree in the related field, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Proficient using AutoCAD software.
- Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
