Unity Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is looking for the right team member to join our team for the position of Sales Admin (Hardware & Building Material) to assist our Sales team.
Job Description:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in hardware and building material.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in using Autocount system will be added advantage
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Aggressive, self-motivated and good customer service skills.
- Passionate to work and good sales skills
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
Job Scope:
- Issue DO & INVOICES on Sales Order from customers and attend customer inquiries.
- Assist Sales team
- Checking all incoming & outgoing order
- Update order records, sorting & filling documentation
- Do Sales Report
- Perform other related duties & responsibilities from time to time
