Responsibilities:
- Issue Invoice, credit note, sales order packing list
- Manage sales delivery docs. & clients/supplier return docs
- Handling of insurance renewal for the company (motor and non-motor / trading license)
- Perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filing and retrieving documents, photocopying bookkeeping
- Any other job responsibilities as and when assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM or higher qualification
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with UBS SOFEWARE system will be advantage
- Working : Monday till Saturday / 8am till 5pm
- Sunday off
- Public holiday off
- Basic salary RM 1500.00
