Responsibilities:

  • Issue Invoice, credit note, sales order packing list
  • Manage sales delivery docs. & clients/supplier return docs
  • Handling of insurance renewal for the company (motor and non-motor / trading license)
  • Perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filing and retrieving documents, photocopying bookkeeping
  • Any other job responsibilities as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM or higher qualification
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with UBS SOFEWARE system will be advantage
  • Working : Monday till Saturday / 8am till 5pm
  • Sunday off
  • Public holiday off
  • Basic salary RM 1500.00
