- Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Saturday 8.00 am to 1.00pm)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Scopes:
- Provide good information about product availability
- Responsible for day-to-day office sale and administrative matters
- Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and handle daily operations, clerical, preparing invoices, and other administrative works.
- To assist in routine office administration work which include documentation, filing, correspondences, co-ordinate & administration.
- Undertake other special assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Male / female
- Over 18 years old
- Hardworking, disciplined, responsible
- Experienced in related field
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
- Must be computer literate with strong competency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Both verbal and written communication. The ability to speak & write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize work and follow up with deadlines
