Borneo Housing Mortgage Finance Berhad was incorporated on 10th December 1958 in Sarawak as a public company in the name of Borneo Housing Development Limited. It started as a joint venture between the Sarawak State Government and the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC). In October 1959, the Sabah State Government joined in as a shareholder. Subsequently, the Two State Governments bought over the shareholding of CDC, which then became equal shareholders of the Company.

The Job:-

  • To ensure compliance with various statutory regulations, laws and related requirements applicable to the Company.

Requirements:-

  • Diploma/Degree in Law/Banking & Finance/STPM/A-Level or related discipline;
  • Experience in handling ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems / PDPA / AMLA tasks will be an added advantage;
  • 2 years’ working experience in related field;
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Able to work independently and possess good organisational skills; and
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
