Job Descriptions:
- To assist Manager and Supervisor in the retail.
- Advice and resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- To maintain the retail clean and tidy at all time.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc.
- Guiding and solving queries of customer.
- Will be providing training for new joining candidates.
- Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Good customer service skills, team player
