Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday / Sun & PH Closed
Job Scopes:
- Welcoming, assisting and directing patients visiting the clinic.
- Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.
- Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the clinic.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
- Assist doctor in procedures
- Perform cashiering, dispensing, stock-taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia and other languages will be added advantage
- A team player with a high degree of commitment
- Ability to use computers to enter information

- Salary Range: RM 1,200 to RM 2,000
