Civil Engineer (SBH Kibing New Materials (M) Sdn Bhd) – Kota Kinabalu
Job Scopes:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Follow up on the progress of works for the project and generate detailed site reports.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Attend site meetings, and highlight problems or defects to consultants or contractors in order to deliver quality products.
- Implement, monitor and control of project site to ensure compliance with budget, quality, timely completion and safety requirements.
- Execute assignments according to work schedule through proper planning.
- Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from inception until handover
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Construction, Infrastructure Works or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work independently, diligently and reliable.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and self-motivated individual with a high sense of urgency and commitment.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with a high sense of urgency and tight deadlines.
- Able to work overtime when needed.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
