Account Assistant (QL Agrofood Sdn Bhd) – Inanam, Kota Kinabalu
We, QL Agrofood Sdn Bhd, are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals for the following position:
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturday)
Job Scope / Description:
Performs accounting tasks that are related to account payable transaction including:
- Key-in purchase order &Journal Voucher (JV)
- Preparation of Payment Voucher (PV) & Cheque
- Update of Bank Summary
- Prepare costing of inventory, stock take & etc.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or with working experience (1 – 2 years) are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Audit Firm is an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Inanam area.
- Required language (S): English, Malay & Mandarin
- Required skill (s): Microsoft office & standard accounting practices.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
- Good working attitudes, responsible & self-discipline.
