Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
- Skills: 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel etc.
- Possess own transport.
Job Description :
- Meeting client and produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications based on customer’s needs.
- Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients.
- Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Manage project costing.
- Develop self-image by display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Work closely with colleagues from relevant departments to follow up on project progress.
- Conduct site visits.
Salary :
- RM2000 – RM2500
