Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage & coordinate the daily operations of the branch including Warehouse,
- Processing, Deliveries, Sales, Customer Service & Administration
- Manage & monitor the warehouse/operation staffs including work planning, work
- discipline and attendance, and ensure staff work productively.
- Recruit, train, develop warehouse staff, improve operation efficiency,
- productivity and cost.
- Ensure compliance to achieve the warehouse inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Responsible for general maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds and
- maintain good housekeeping duties to ensure safety and security at all times
- Accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from
- time to time
- Prepare timely reports for upper management
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum STPM/Diploma.
- Fluent in MANDARIN, English & BM
- 2-3 years of working experience in Management/Supervisory position
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Responsible and with integrity
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people and effective time management skills
- Able to multitask
- Location : Jalan Tuaran, Inanam, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
