Responsibilities:
- Taking off quantities
- Prepare monthly progress claim
- Preparation of variation order
- Tender exercise
- Preparation of bill of quantities, manage sub-contractor’s claim etc
Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years’ experience and above in related field
- Able to work independently
- Able to lead
- Possess own transport
