Responsibilities:

• To ensure the project is running smoothly, on time and to budget
• To plan certain part of the project and monitoring its progress
• Responsible for coordinating and attending meetings and developing project strategies
• Prepare Work Programs and Timeline sequencing of Construction.
• Supports the project team in gathering information to implement upcoming projects
• Maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in shareholder
• Meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met
• Must be able to fulfil various duties and responsibilities
• To create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for
  projects
• To participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• To evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• To plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• To coordinate and monitor to keep the workflow on track
• To adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• To prepare the presentation items for meetings
• To have good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong work
  relationships

Requirements: 

• Degree/Diploma in Building / Civil Structural / Architecture / Interior Design / Electrical /
  Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in construction must be
  very familiar and exposed to Civil, Architecture and ID Works
