Front Office Executive (Stanton Hotel) – Kota Kinabalu

Job Details :

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Malay & Chinese is a must)
  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all necessary supplies.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Maintain records and files

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification
  • A minimum of 1-year working experience in hotel front office.
  • Good understanding of basic office administration
