Sous Chef (Chinese Food) (Sabah Oriental Hotel) – Kota Kinabalu

Job Details :

  • Sous Chef to make sure that the kitchen is a well-oiled machine, preparing food, managing kitchen staff to make sure food prepared quickly and as delicious as possible and enforcing food safety standards.

Requirements :

  • Experience Required 3-4 Years
  • Min. Education Level Diploma
  • Preferred Education Level Degree
  • Should possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary or in any other related discipline.
  • Familiar with the total operation of Kitchen inclusive stewarding.
  • Energetic, pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills in both in English and Malay (spoken and written).
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight dateline.
