Job Details :

  • Sous Chef (Western Cooking) will demonstrate and helps maintain high standards that consistently exceed the expectations of guests.
  • They control the resources, manage the processes and cultivate the understanding of good food throughout the Hotel.

Requirements :

  • Experience Required 3-4 Years
  • Min. Education Level Diploma
  • Preferred Education Level Degree
  • Should possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary or in any other related discipline.
  • Well versed with total operation of Kitchen inclusive stewarding.
  • Energetic, pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills in both in English and Malay (spoken and written).
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight dateline.
