Personal Assistant to Director (Triple 7 Resources Sdn Bhd) – Inanam, Kota Kinabalu

Main Responsibility :

  • To provide administration, secretarial duties, office management and business support to the Top Management to perform a wide variety of secretarial duties and confidential nature.
  • To undertake duties away from the office as directed by the Top Management pertaining to his office or personal matters.
  • To handle visitors, clients and customers when necessary.
  • To establish, maintain, process and updates files, records, database and other duties thereof.
  • To arrange meetings and conferences, schedule interviews, appointments, special events, etc as directed.
  • To make travel, accommodation and other arrangements as necessary.
  • To serve as primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments, business units, individuals and external institutions or agencies.
  • To be able to work beyond normal working hours as stipulated in the employment contract, either in the office or away from the office as required.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality in all work-related matters whilst serving under the Top Management office or even after leaving the job at all times.
  • Able to join immediately is preferable.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Administration/Management/Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and BM
  • Must have hands-on experience in preparation for and attending board/management meetings, minute writing and other secretarial and compliance work
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent

Work Location : 

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Inanam Central
