Company History:
Gamedix obtained a class H (certification) License (file no B/6 SEL 1025) from the Ministry of Health in September 2003. It started its first Quality Control (QC) testing in October 2003. Gamedix is located at CT01-10 Corporate Tower, Subang Square, Jalan SS 15/4G 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Scope:
Gamedix’s scope of business as stated in the Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) and in our business license includes:

• To carry out the business of providing services on safety aspects for x-ray, gamma ray, linearaccelerator (LINAC) and other irradiating apparatus (and associated facilities) on quality checking, controlling and assurance especially in medical centres or clinics.
• To carry on the business of importers, exporters, manufacturers and distributors of all kinds of xray equipment, surgical instruments appliances and of artificial limbs, eyes and other aids for the relief of defects of body or sight or hearing and to make and deal in all requisites for hospitals, patients and invalids.
• To carry on the business of general traders, importer, exporter, wholesaler and retailer of any other goods, products or business which can be advantageously or conveniently carried on by the company by way of extension of, or in connection with, or is calculated directly or indirectly to develop any branch of the company’s business or to increase the value of or turn to account any of the company’s assets.
