Automation & Control Systems Sdn Bhd, a total solutions provider offering a wide range of Power Management, Hybrid Power, Generator Controls and safety protection system for prime mover. We serve the Power Generation, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery and process Industries.

As a Woodward Authorized Sales & Service Facility (AISF) and Recognized Turbine Retrofitter (RTR) since our inception in 1987, our core skills and years of accumulated knowledge combined are here to provide comprehensive control system integration and power management and optimization solutions.

We are also providing services and engineering for:
1) LIRA technology-based cable condition and assessment and fault location services.

2) Pioneer in Distributed Temperature Sensing system (DTS) on Fiber Optic Linear Heat Detector for Fire Detection, leakage detection and contamination, process surface thermal monitoring, upstream downhole thermal monitoring system and cable Real Time Thermal Rating System.

3) Electrical Sliprings unit are electromechanical devices, which allow the transmission of power and electrical signals. Consisting of rotational (rotors) and stationary (stators) assemblies which requires unrestrained, intermittent or continuous rotation, whilst transmitting power and/or data.

4) We supply PAT Testers, PAT Test Kits & Portable Appliance Tester accessories.

5) Specialized in repair and overhauling of asynchronous, synchronous, direct current and traction electric motors, hydro and turbo generators of own product as well as other branded world manufacturer.
