Sabah Jobs is maintained and owned by Kossle Pte Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as “Kossle”, “Sabah Jobs”, “SabahJobs”, “we”, “our” and “us”) appreciates the value of information and respects your right to privacy. We may provide services offered by our Partner Merchants (hereinafter referred to as “Third party”, “Partners” or “Merchants”). The Services and Site are collectively referred to here as “Kossle”.
Sabah Jobs is a premier global online employment solution for Talents seeking jobs and the employers who need great Talents. We are a Job advertising provider which provides an online platform for Employers to advertise their vacancies and attract Talents. All Jobs Seekers are Free to use our online platform to search for suitable vacancies. Jobs Seekers will need to communicate and apply the vacancies directly with their prospective employers. Jobs Seekers can use our resources to empower themselves to secure Jobs. Sabah Jobs do not provide Job Matching services and does not procure employment for workers nor supply any workers for any employer; We do not charge or levy any fees from employers for securing Talents.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect two types of information that you voluntarily submit to us through Kossle; they are Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”).
Personally Identifiable Information:
Information that identifies a specific User. These are information submitted to us when you carry out activities such as; using our website, creating a Kossle account, contacting Kossle, signing up as member, subscribing to receive Job updates, purchasing a Job Advertising Service from us, submitting a content and/or posting content in discussion forums, entering a contest sponsored by us or our partners, filling out a survey, providing feedback/review, referral people to our service, requesting information about our services, submitting an affiliate agreement, applying for a job, posting a video or signing up for special promotions from third parties through the Site (“Activities”).
For ordering our Job Advertising Service, we may also ask you to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date and authentication codes or related information. Depending on the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some is identified as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
Information that does not identify a specific End User. This type of information may include things like your Internet access provider, your computer’s Internet protocol (IP) address, your browser and operating system, the date and time of your visit, statistical data such as usage, traffic patterns and user demographics based on your use of the Site. We may automatically collect this information when you visit our Site and may also share this information with our Authorized Third Party Service Providers (including any person or organization involved directly or indirectly with our business, the products and/or services we offer), Partner Merchants and Advertisers in our discretion.
From time to time we may collect general Non-PII to improve our operation of the Site, improve our marketing, improve our product and/or service offerings, your overall experience on our services and products, troubleshoot, administer the Site, analyze traffic, usage, trends, gather user demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
2. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Release of Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)
a. provide you with Job updates offered by us or our Partner Merchants from time to time;
b. improve marketing and promotional efforts, product and/or service offerings and our businesses generally;
c. maintain and operate the Site, e.g. sending emails, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, provide customer service, and assist in processing and fulfilling your orders;
d. assist us in investigation or fraud prevention purposes;
e. comply with applicable laws;
f. respond to governmental enquiries (or enquiries from a legal, governmental, Government-owned corporation or local authority agency or Internet protection agency of any type);
g. comply with a valid legal process or procedure;
h. protect our rights or property, this Website, and/or other users of this Website.

Release of Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”)
We may freely use and disclose Non-PII for many purposes and on many occasions to Authorized Third Party Service Providers (including any person or organization involved directly or indirectly with our business, the products and services we offer), Partner Merchants and Advertisers in our discretion.
We use Non-PII to improve our operation of the Site, improve our marketing, improve our product and/or service offerings, your overall experience on our services and products, troubleshoot, administer the Site, analyze traffic, usage, trends, gather user demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. These Non-PII data will be owned and used by us.
3. YOUR CHOICES ON YOUR INFORMATION

The PII which we hold will be held securely within our systems and we will take reasonable precautions to safeguard your PII. We will endeavour to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, however we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us over the internet. Users acknowledge activities are conducted at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will use our reasonable efforts to ensure its security.
Kossle does not guarantee that your access to this site would be uninterrupted, error-free or terminated from time-to-time; or that it will maintain data logs on all Job Advertising Service purchased by you. You expressly agree to assume the sole risk of backing up all Job Advertising information and expressly agree that we will have no liability with respect to lost Job Advertising information.
5. DATA TRACKING
Kossle may use cookie and tracking technology to customize the Site for each visitor, as well as to gather information on how visitors use the Site, so that we can improve it to meet customer needs. PII cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology. However, if you have previously provided PII, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

Children or minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Kossle. Kossle is not directed to children or minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under the age of 18. Kossle does not sell products and services for purchase by children or minors under the age of 18.

Kossle may provide areas on our Website where you can publicly post information about yourself, communicate with others on forums, blogs or discussion boards or blogs, reviews, profiles and services or submit media content. This information may be accessible by the public and may appear on other websites or web searches, and therefore this information could be read, collected, and used by others. We have no control over who reads your postings or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post. It is your responsibility and decision to make sure you are comfortable with the information you choose to provide us and the information you choose to publish.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Please note that this Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions for use of this Website and forms part of the Agreement between you and us.
