Admin Clerk (Budget Success Sdn Bhd) – Tuaran

Job Details:

  • To perform general clerical duties such as typing,photocopying, scanning and other administrative tasks
  • Data entry and documents-sorting
  • To keep records and maintain an organized filing system
  • With computer knowledge (Microsoft Office 2010)
  • Manage communication via e-mail, phone calls and etc.
  • Maintain utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive topics
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • SPM certificate holder
  • At least one (1) year of relevant working experience
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and Excel)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Able to multi-task and pay strict attention to detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in a team
  • Willing to work at KKIP Timur, Telipok area.
